Product details
Jayshree Industrial Corporation provides heavy-duty forged pipe and tube fittings engineered for high-pressure instrumentation and process control networks. This product line includes a wide variety of configurations designed to minimize the total number of joints needed in a piping system. ## ⚙️ Technical Specifications## Sizing & End Connections * Tube & Instrumentation Sizes: 1/8” to 1” tube/pipe ends. * Process Line Sizes: 1/2” to 2 ½” ends. * Connection Varieties: NPT threads, BSP threads, Male/Female threaded, Butt weldable, Socket weldable, and Tube weldable ends. ## Pressure Ratings by Material * Carbon Steel & Brass: Up to 6,000 PSI (400 bar). * Stainless Steel, Monel & Alloy Steel: Up to 10,000 PSI (700 bar). ## 📋 Product Configuration Range## Straight Connectors & Unions * Union / Reducing Union: Joins two tubes of the same or different sizes. * Bulkhead Union: Mounts through panels or walls to secure tube lines. * Male Connector / Bulkhead Male Connector: Connects a tube line to a female pipe thread. * Female Connector / Bulkhead Female Connector: Connects a tube line to a male pipe thread. ## Branching & Directional Fittings * Union Tee / Union Cross: Splits or combines flow into three or four tube directions. * Elbow Union / Female Elbow / Male Elbow: Changes tube direction by 90 degrees with various end combinations. * Male Run Tee: A T-junction where the male pipe thread is on the straight run. * Male Branch Tee: A T-junction where the male pipe thread is on the branch angle. ## Adapters & Reducers * Male Adapter / Female Adapter: Transitions a tube fitting to a threaded pipe system. * Reducer / Bulkhead Reducer: Connects a smaller tube size directly into a larger tube fitting. ## Weld Transitions & Closures * Male Pipe Weld Connector: Seamlessly transitions from a welded pipe system to a tube system. * Tube Plug / Tube Cap: Seals off tube ends or fitting bodies safely. * Nut: Reusable compression component to secure ferrules onto the tube. If you are setting up a system, I can help you select the right weld versus thread configuration, check Monel material compatibility for corrosive gases, or review the installation torque requirements for 10,000 PSI systems.
